Cancellations and Returns's 3 Day Returns Policy

Though we strive to give you a great customer shoping experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase quality, you can return your Order for a .

But not in case of tickets purchased for F&B and entertainment.You can rate or complain about them and we will remove them as our vendor if found genuin.

We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on 8088224224 or drop an email at within a period of 3 days, from the date of delivery or experience.
However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

·      Please note that "'s 3 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products, Jewellery, Swimsuits, CDs, Concert/Event Tickets Books and Toys.
·      Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Shopknop team.
·      Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
·      Some special rules for promotional offers may override "'s 30 Day Returns Policy."
·      Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

Cancellation Policy
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
1. If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can get a voucher.
2. If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
